The mailing list holds the details you provided when subscribing, which include your birthdate. Asking for the same three fields lets us confirm the right record without exposing anybody else's information.

Yes. Unsubscribing affects the newsletter only. Correspondence about a quotation, an ongoing project, a warranty claim or a service request continues as normal.

We remove your details from the newsletter list. Where records are retained for accounting, warranty or legal reasons, they are kept only as long as required and are not used for marketing. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full.
