The people behind better house spaces
We are a home improvement team that believes a property should be comfortable, safe and quietly efficient — and that getting there should not cost you your evenings, weekends and patience.
Our story
Started with one simple frustration
Better House Space began with a frustration most homeowners recognize: a home improvement job that had been split between too many people, with nobody willing to take responsibility for the finished result. A decorator blamed the electrician, the electrician blamed the supplies, and the homeowner was left making phone calls instead of enjoying the room.
So we built the opposite kind of company. One team, one plan, one point of contact. Our designers, project managers and trade crews all work to the same written scope, which means the tiling, wiring, flooring and finishing are sequenced properly instead of being patched together in a rush.
Today we look after homes across the Colma area and beyond, from a single bathroom to a whole-property refresh that touches the roofline, the garden, the interior and the security system at the same time.
